Mr. Keasling joined Taylor & Wiley in 2004, where he participates in the firm's land use practice, working with local jurisdictions to secure entitlements for various commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout the region. Mr. Keasling counsels clients regarding development procedures and various environmental laws and regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA). His experiences include project management, political assessment, community outreach, and project presentation. Additionally, Mr. Keasling has experience assisting with various litigation matters, including the drafting of briefs and other legal memoranda.
